Be alert! It is all over the news. The virus, a mix of pig, bird and human genes to which people have limited natural immunity had spread to at least nine countries. Global health authorities warned that swine flu was threatening to bloom into a pandemic and the virus spread farther in Europe. To prevent being sick or getting the swine flu, the number one precautionary measure is to always wash your hands.

We should guard ourselves from the diseases or any viruses that will damage our healthy life. Act fast, protect yourself and loved ones. Get the swine flu kits. Do not wait too long before going to the doctor when you think the swine flu has hit you.
