I started watching a new teenage television drama with directtv on the CW. Yes, I fell for another one, and this time it is a lot different than the “O.C.”, but then again it isn’t that different at all. Teenage love quarrels, crazy parents (Maurissa’s Mom is even in this one and hooking up with another teenage boy). Except this teenage high school drama is set in a small town in Virginia with a long history of vampires. Usually, I don’t fall into vampire shows, but this one I have ended up really liking. Over the last couple of months they have played season one and season two. I have really enjoyed it. I definitely caught most of the episodes when I was home for break. Season three starts in January. I will definitely be watching it. I hope that this show lasts longer than the “O.C.” did. That show rose so quickly and fell really hard. I think that I had seen every episode. Mischa Barton got way to big for her britches.

I've been working really hard this summer to lose weight and I'm so proud to say that I've lost 20 pounds! This is something that I've been wanting to do for a long time and I finally reaped the rewards when I went shopping for fall clothes. But to go with all of those things, I need to make sure that I also get a few cute purses to go with my new downsized wardrobe so that I'll look all cute and pulled together with my new physique.

When it came to my accessories though, I did some online shopping because I wouldn't have to try those one and decide which size to wear. While I was online shopping for the purses, I ran across some info on clear TV. I looked through it and showed it to my roommates before I decided to change over our TV service to it.

I did find the perfect fall purse with this neutral light brown as the main color and dark gray as the accent colors on it. It looks so ladylike but still hip enough so that it will go with most of my outfits.

Now that I'm finally feeling out of work for the winter, I feel that it's time to do some traveling. My husband and I spent our summer time in North Dakota while I'm working from April to October. The months that I am at work, we couldn't really enjoy our summer time as other people did. Business first before pleasure as what other people say. And that's what we did for the whole six months we were there.

Last week, we finally close our doors for the campers and the camping season is over. It is time for us to enjoy ourselves and spend that moment we have been waiting for - the winter vacation. Our summer job up north was really good and it was overwhelming. We met a lot of travelers from all over United States and Canada. We some people from Europe too!

Now that our job is over for the year, it's time for us to party!

When I was a kid, I dream of being in the commercial model of a toothpaste brand. But that didn't work as I grew up. I let it slipped away. Over the years, that ambition is far gone, though sometimes, when I watch TV, I always see beautiful smiles from beautiful commercial models. Their teeth are white and shinny! I want to have those teeth. I am really jealous! I wasn't blessed with a perfect teeth but I take good care of my own teeth. I brushed them twice a day.

The thing is, the visit to Dentist is not regular. I should know better since it is a must for a proper hygiene. Because of my regular six months job, I just can't leave my job right away. I don't normally get the weekends off. Usually, I go to my dentist during fall or winter. I need to Find A Dentist that is good and efficient in Texas since we live down south during the winter. Two months from now, it will be the start of my two front teeth project. I set it up on high priority. I really need to get it fixed so I show my beautiful smile.

I must love my body, even if it's not perfect. I must take care of my body, even if it's not physically fit. When I go for clothes shopping, I go for nice and comfortable clothing. There are many reasons why I want to go to Alaska. I want to see the nature and the wildlife. I wonder how the animals can live longer during the winter time. I understand that some animals hibernate and some just hunt for the food to stay alive. But I don't think I can be tough in a very cold weather. In North Dakota, though we have some nice weather, I still dread the long winter over here. I wish that animals can hunt a lot of food for them to eat to survive the long winter especially in Alaska.

How are y'all today? Another Monday for us again. How did your Monday go? As for me, I went to work at 7AM. I did some cleaning, paying bills, went to post office for all our mails. I went ahead and finished bookkeeping today. Though I'm not done yet but I will get there in time. I have all the time to do all the things that needs to be done. I have a way of sorting what's next in line.

Maybe two more months to go and my six-month job for the summer will be over this year. Yes! I'm screaming at the top of my lungs - I'm excited for my winter vacation! I miss our house in Texas. I'm going to see my friend too. Maybe, after getting things settled when we come home, we might go on a trip. I still don't know where yet but I think, my Hubby got a plan. I need to find out what it is because I am very excited!

I have been lucky lately. Though, my hands are still tied from my regular summer job, I still get good offers from blogging. Who can passed up an opportunity like this? Not me! I am taking all my time to do my task and do everything under my power to finished every task I have. I will not allow the time to passed by without doing anything. Things around the campground where I work has been hectic. What can I say? Summer isn't over yet. Campers are still traveling and camping. My husband and I are watching some shows at History Channel. It's an interesting channel where you learn about history of a certain thing. Severe Thunderstorms

In just one week, we had two thunderstorms visited our county. It wasn't that really bad just like the one reported down south but people get scared. The first thunderstorm we had three nights ago, the campground office was open until nine o'clock to accommodate campers who keeps coming back asking about the weather report.

It is a scary thought that thunderstorms can do damage to our property. The thunder and lightning can strike big trees, buildings, people and just about everything. I have to admit that I am a little scared to even think about it and I am even more scared when something goes wrong and do damage to any of our property. The repairs isn't cheap and I know it will cost me a fortune. After a big thunderstorm, my husband will make sure that there are no signs of water damage anywhere in the house, inside and out. I have to make sure that I know who to contact right away if ever we need repairs and clean after the mess.

Break Time

Alright, I got my break yesterday morning. I was out from the campground five minutes to nine and it feels so good to finally have a little break. I went grocery shopping for our necessities and went to small department stores in town. Our town is small so I guess we can't just have it all here. If I need to go shop for a name brand clothing, I have to go all the way to Fargo and drive 100 miles to go shopping. But that's just not gonna happen anytime soon.

My break lasted for about two hours and I am back at work again. You see, working six months of the year has its advantages and disadvantages. A job with lot of perks and a little drawback. But, I have no complains. Maybe next time, I can get longer breaks than the usual two hours.

My friend in Texas works at nursing home for over three (3) years and I work in a campground for over three (3) years now. We live in Texas during winter time and I get to see her only when we are home in Texas. When she's off from work, we made sure that we see each other. 4th of July Aftermath

As for me, I worked all day since July 1st. Ever since I started working in a campground, I never did go anywhere to enjoy the full day of 4th of July. But I enjoyed it. The campers brought us lots of food in the office. We had crawfish etouffe, hamburgers, hotdogs, pork chops, barbecue spareribs and beef brisket. We had different kinds of cakes too! We had cupcakes, birthday cake, cheesecake, and strawberry pies. We're all stuffed. We didn't have to worry about what to cook because the campers were so nice bringing all good food.

The resort town where our family has a beach house always hosts an annual sandcastle building contest around the 4th of July. Well, last year our family actually won first place in it! We always did pretty well at it, but we were all really excited and surprised when we won overall last year.

Before I got married, my life was just a happy-go-lucky one. My job life started at 5AM and ends at 4PM. I was already home by 4:30PM or 5PM. But I still get to go out at night sometimes. Every other 2 weeks, I get to party with my officemates because of the reason that we got our own paychecks. We go to this famous Nightclubs in town and party all night. Everyone had a good time after that night. What can I say? We like to enjoy and party!

When I came here in United States, I never did worry about how to hook-up on a pretty good internet. I always think that America is fast forward and I am sure getting connected is really easy. It feels good to finally see my husband after six days of being gone. The business trip went well. It's our first time to be separated for a long time. I'm a sleepless wife. My husband is the one who's a business minded. He's good at it and he plays it really good. He was into exotic animals business years ago and he went to any auction place to sell his exotic animals. He spent all day selling exotic animals and he loved it. He always tell me that he met a lot of auctioneers in many places. Sometimes, he bids and win, sometimes he lose it. I guess that's just of being in the business world.

One time, we went to an auction place where we bought some old furnitures for our old house. Away and Alone

Today marked the 4th day of me being sad. It feels lonely when the husband isn't around to comfort my loneliness but I'm fighting it. Hubby is on a business trip. I remember when I was a little girl, one of my household chores was to water all of our houseplants. It seemed like a huge task then because we had several of them, even though now in retrospect it probably wasn't that much work. So I had a lot against houseplants for a long time because of that. But I'm tired of feeling that way and decided that I would just take the plunge and buy some houseplants for our home anyway.

I went online to figure out some of the houseplants that would require the least amount of maintenance. While I was looking through that, I saw the website Get.WildBlue.com. I looked through it some and after that I decided to switch over our home internet access to the service.

Some of the indoor house plants are supposedly the ones that require the least amount of maintenance. But I also fot a few that require a little bit more just as kind of a test to see how much maintenance I can handle with the plants.

Fabulous Sinks and Faucets

After a long day at work, I still manage to clean our bathroom in just five minutes. I make sure that our bathroom is the cleanest among any other places in our house. Our bathroom needs a minor renovation. The need of a new Undermount Sink is really expected as soon as possible. The old sink that we had is rusty at the bottom and stained with soap scum that cannot be removed by thorough cleaning, plus some scratches on the side. No matter what I do to clean it, it still the same.

Last February 2010, I got an iPod Touch (32GB) as my Valentine's Day gift from my husband. I waited for the right time to get it and finally, I got one. There are five reasons why I want to own one. First, I want to be updated in the music industry, I can download my favorite songs. Second, I can surf the web. Third, I can play any games. Fourth, I can watch movies and TV shows. Lastly, it's handy that I can bring it anywhere.

Palm Sunday

Today is Palm Sunday. Sierra and I went to church and attend the Palm Sunday Mass. The Sunday before Easter is know as Palm Sunday. It is the beginning of the Holy Week. It celebrates Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem at the back of a donkey. The people from the streets, welcomed Him with palm branches.

It was also nice to see some good friends at church today. Sierra is excited for the Easter Sunday. Lots of activities plus the fun of egg hunting. We can't wait!

Alright, leave it all to the women. They're the one who budget everything in a household. They're the one one who maintains the cleanliness inside and outside of the house and most of all, they do the grocery shopping. I spent my half day doing some grocery shopping today. Though the weather is still not cooperating but the good thing is, the snow are slowly melting down. I can see that most of the snow are gone and it won't be long now we can see green grass for the next coming days. Every year, I make it a point that I get back in shape. I have been watching TV ads about diet meals and diet pills that will make a person lose weight under the lose weight program. It has been a struggle to lose weight. Maybe I should start soon by watching videos of HCG Diets on YouTube. I can get ideas how everything work. I admit that I love to eat and sometimes, thinking about food makes me forget about working out. HCG Diets might give me great results on losing weight. Signs of Spring

It has been two weeks now since the start of the Spring that I had been whining and looking for signs of real spring. I woke up this morning and my husband said that spring is starting to show. He saw about five to ten robins in our backyard and thousands of snow geese flying headed north. Though there's still some snow, we have high hopes that it will melt soon.

Spring is peeking and it won't be long now that we see some trees starting to bloom, colorful flowers to add beauty and critters will come from hibernation. The cabin fever should stop now and we can finally go outside without freezing to death. We have been waiting for this day, and it will be our moment to have a good time and celebrate spring season!

I have been eating a lot today. I felt like I have to munch just to keep the pain away I am feeling. I am feeling so much better now that I'm on my second day of my menstruation. I ate two bowls tangy salad, peanut butter sandwich and pot roast that my husband cooked. Any minute now, I have to munch on my tangy salad I prepared last night.

Did you ever feel the same way? When you're on PMS that you want to eat and eat? I do. I knew that my "visitor" will come soon. I wish there's a way to stop the pain without relying on pain pills to stop it because I hate taking pills. What if we should kick the men's nuts every month too so they can feel our pain?
